The Light of Eternal Mind
Now this may be a difficult thing for people to grasp, because a lot of you maybe don't believe in God, or maybe have a wide range of differing thoughts and beliefs in God, what He is or may seem to be to you. Remember this, you are only reading one person's thoughts or opinion, and I am not a zen master or a giant intellect who thingks his word is the final one. I can or may be wrong.
In the movie THE TEN COMMANDMENTS, there is a part where Moses is asked what is God? And his reply was "He is the light of eternal mind." I will not forget these words because for me, they answer more questions than you can shake a stick at!
I find it easy to look at this phrase and examine it and tear it apart- and I still come up with the same thought: The Eternal Mind which is God, which is the supreme being of all universes and galaxies, is a being which has always existed, is not restricted by time frames as we know them, is not restricted by thought, logic or reason as we know it, is not restricted by the intellect of man, but IS! Didn't God Himself say, "I am that I am."(?) (read your bibles please.)
I do not need to know what God is, who He is, or where He is. Everything I need to know about God, I am finding out as I read and study the bible. Am I limited in scope, because I am reading the bible, am I restricted emotionally, in reason or in the realms of intellect because I choose the bible? You have that right to say so , to believe so. We all have the freedom to choose whatever we want to choose to believe, think, feel or whatever.
I don't know everything. Wish I did! And I ain't perfect and I know it. I am only a human being.
But I believe that God is real, that He loves me, wants me to be His and a part of His family- and that's what I want. I choose this.
You choose for yourself.
But God really is the Light of Eternal Mind. He has always existed. He had no beginning and He has no end. He creates merely by speaking what He wants to created, into existence. With a powerful God like that, ruling the universes, how can I miss?

Good post. Your thoughts remind me of the introduction to the gospel of John, which speaks of Jesus as the "logos," the "Word" which has always been. Keep up the good work.
